For time….you may work among 3 exercises and you may start anywhere AS LONG AS YOU go in ORDER from whereever you start! Scale is 30 of all!

50 Box Jumps
50 Jumping Pull-ups
50 Kettlebell Swings
50 Knees 2 Elbows
50 Overhead Push Press (45/35)
50 Ball Back Extensions
50 Wall Ball
50 Burpees
250 Single Jump Rope

    Since there is no WOD on Wednesday, I’m going it alone…which is good, because my body hurts so much I don’t know if I could do anything “special” today. Back to the elliptical.
