Sorry I missed the workout today. I did 4 rounds of:
25 KB Swings
25 Squats
25 Sumo Deadlifts
25 Walking lunges each leg
25 Push-ups
Farmer Carry around house each arm.
Took about 35 minuts or so plus the Medball warm up.
Traveling this week.
