Tabata Circuit!

#2 — Rope Swings/Leg Swings w/Plate Punches
#3 — BOSU Otts/TRX Rows
Run 400m — 3 minutes — Active Recovery/Recovery (3 minutes total)
#4 — Landmine twists — Single Leg V-ups
#5 — Jump Rope/Ball Slams
#6 — MB OH Sit-ups/Seated Russian

WOD is 1 Round for time as follows:
150 KB Swings
100 KB Snatches (50 each arm)
50 KB OH Push Press
If you put the KB down, WOD is over….
You may pay a penalty of 10 Burpees for putting it down and then resume!

Succession Circuits rotating three exercises through 30 second work sets with no rest during transition, just move from exercise to exercise when the Muse tells you to switch. Three exercises in each Round, do each exercise twice. After two Rounds, do Tabata 10m Driveway runs for 8 rounds, then do the next two Rounds and finish with Tabata 10m Driveway Side Shuffles!
