Big Ball Core Warm-up

WOD is 1 Round for time as follows:
150 KB Swings
100 KB Snatches (50 each arm)
50 KB OH Push Press

If you put the KB down, WOD is over….
You may pay a penalty of 10 Burpees for putting it down and then resume!
Only 1 Penalty allowed for the total WOD.
