EMOM for 10 minutes each exercise!

Front Squats (Bar or Kettlebell)

Atomic Push-ups (with Big Ball — Jacknife/Push-up)

Add one rep each minute up to 10 minutes. 55 Total reps each exercise. Focus on good form!

Finisher:

4 X 200m Sprints — Sprint down, jog back, rest as needed and REPEAT!
