Door-to-Door Run/Walk for time. In the time it takes you to run or walk you will do As Many Rounds As Possible of:
AMRAP of “Cindy”
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
Then Run/Walk Door-to-Door. Post # of Rounds of Cindy and Best Door-to-Door time!
